How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@crewessential.com with a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
